With a capacity of 960 students, the development prioritizes smart living, digital learning, and community well-being. In case of a global health crisis, the facility can be transformed into a 1000+ patient emergency medical center through innovative modular partitioning.
This project also envisions a future-proof online university campus, providing students with 5IR (Fifth Industrial Revolution) skills and tools to prepare them for the evolving job market.
